Zeeks Pizza -a Seattle favorite, Thai One On, says it all.
When my family I were visiting Seattle, Washington for a winter vacation, I was told “you must make time for Zeeks Pizza” at the recommendation by my uncle who used to live in Seattle. And so we did!
By this point in history, Zeeks Pizza is a household name in Seattle. Originally founded in 1993, this pizza place has become known for their commitment to quality ingredients and great prices. You can find Zeeks all over Seattle. We happened to be staying in the museum district and wound up at Zeeks after spending the afternoon at the EMP museum. (Which is a really cool pop culture museum you must check out to!)
From the menu you can build your own pizza, or you can order one of the wonderfully chosen signature combinations with a veggie or meat focus. We knew we wanted to try their equivalent to a supreme pizza so we ordered the Wood Butcher with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, red onions and fresh oregano layered over mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce.
And the second pizza we ordered was the star of the show, which is one of the many reasons I can’t wait to go back to Zeeks. It was also recommended by my uncle. The Thai One On is made with chicken, bean sprouts, carrots and fresh cilantro layered over mozzarella, Zeeks’ own peanut sauce and an olive oil glaze. You can choose spice level 1-5. We ordered a 3 and it was a good spice but didn’t burn our throats. It was awesome. The flavors were spot on and were great on a pizza!
Their pizza is simply delicious. It has a nice crust, great thickness, and amazing flavors in all their toppings. It’s easy to see why this is a Seattle favorite.
If you’re from Seattle, what’s your favorite pizza from Zeeks? And if you’ve never been, I suggest you put it on your list next time you visit the Seattle area.
