There’s a new taco truck on the East Side and they’re serving BBQ and Tacos! Taco Bronco is the latest concept from Micklthwait Craft Meats, located in the back of Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches. The menu is simple and straightforward, Smoked meats like brisket, pollo asado, spicy boar sausage, pork carnitas, and pork ribs. And then they incorporate those meats into delicious tacos! Plus don’t pass up their sides, we loved the Jicama grapefruit slaw, and the roasted calabacitas– roasted squash and tomatoes. Everything was excellent though, so you really can’t go wrong. What to order: Pollo Adobo, their smoked chicken is rubbed in Mexican spices and smoked to perfection. The El Jefe taco made with potato hash and a big slab of brisket. And not sure how long the lamb birria taco will be available, but they open January 30th and needs to be on your list STAT!
