Bet you’ve never eaten one in front of a timelapse camera with a crowded @mozartscoffee deck and light show going on behind you 😅 Big shoutout to my guy who scored us the killer seats right in the middle of the action and then proceeded to participate as I went “full on blogger” giving the pretzels and mini cakes a photo shoot ✨🤪 Yes, people thought I was crazy I’m sure, and TBH I don’t care— we we’re having so much fun and Mozart’s holiday light show is one of my favorite seasonal events to hit up 👏🏼 Have you made it there yet?

Well I just did 🙃 and on the list of “snacks” are things like jerky, peanuts, apples, and hummus. But also on the list are things like cookies, crackers, candy and chips 🙂
Thankfully these days there are PLENTY of junk food snacks rebooted like instead of Cheetos try carrot chips by @rhythmsuperfoods and instead of gummy snacks try dehydrated bananas from @barnana 🧡 these are just some of my favorite snacks you can pick up at @snapkitchen and they’re always adding new healthier snacks for you to check out! As someone who has built fitness into a lifestyle over the last 3 years it’s a scary question, is there a day where I backslide? And the reality is. PROBABLY! In fact, my routine isn’t as rigorous as it’s been in years past getting to this point, and that’s OKAY. The reality is, our lives change, routines change, and while I may not be the fastest, the strongest, or the most consistent, I still show up. So that is my point, to make to myself and to share with you today. Show up, 30 min, before work, a walk at the end of the day, making time for a double, committing to running a half marathon— OR A MARATHON! Whatever “showing up” means for you, I encourage you to spend some time discovering that. For me it means hitting @soulcycle up once a week, I don’t love running, so my cardio is often limited to whatever class I can cram into my schedule. And consistently SoulCycle is how I show up for me. I sing, I dance, sometimes I sit on the bike and go fast because my legs are just so overwhelmingly heavy I can’t keep myself out of the saddle and that’s OKAY! Because our bodies aren’t always going to be in tip top shape, and as a reminder to myself above all, IT’S OKAY. I’m okay, you’re okay, we’re okay. Show up, do your best, and give yourself space to move 🚴🏻‍♀️💛 💫 #soulgifted
