A Carnivorous Dinner Delight at Bazaar Meat

No matter how you Vegas, one thing that we can probably all agree on is that you’re going to have some amazing dining experiences.

Well I’m here to add another one to your list for your next venture to Sin City.

Bazaar Meat, a José Andrés so restaurant located in the beautiful SLS hotel which is just a short drive down the strip. I happened to be staying at SLS, which was rated as a top foodie hotel according to Zagat. And I’m a fan of José Andrés, so this was one place that I had my sights set on for this trip.

What I wasn’t prepared for was the culinary experience that Bazaar Meat delights its patrons with.

It’s a huge space, and full of mismatched grand chandeliers, meats hanging off of walls, cuts displayed in cases, and mardi gras beats adorned on animal heads. It’s bizarre, and it works. The service is attentive, curious, knowledgable, and they will do anything in their power to ensure your meal is perfect. Ours was.

For me, the food– while it tasted excellent, taste wasn’t necessarily the focal point. Yes, the fois gras wrapped in cotton candy melted in my mouth. And yes, the buttered potato purée was so whipped I practically licked the bowl clean. But the real treat, was the gastronomy of how the food was prepared and presented to us. Olives served two ways, a deconstructed and reconstructed bagel and lox, it was course after course of delight.

This wasn’t a meal, this was an experience. And an experience I’ll never forget!

I sincerely hope if you want to really experience a true show of a meal, you’ll make reservations to dine at Bazaar Meat. And I promise you won’t be disappointed.
